16″ PEPPERONI PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:  PIZZA DOUGH

1 1/2 Cups all purpose flour

3/4 Teaspoon of active yeast

3/4 Teaspoon of sugar

1/4  Teaspoon of salt

2/3  Cup 110 degree water

1 Tablespoon of olive oil

INGREDIENTS:

6 ounces pizza sauce

16 ounces of mozzarella cheese

30 pepperoni slices

DIRECTIONS:

In a large bowl put in flour, salt and mix together with a fork. Now in a bowl or cup put in 110 degree water add yeast, sugar and olive oil mix and cover for five minutes. Add the water mixture to the flour mixture and mix in a stand mixer or with a wooden spoon. Mix for two to three minutes and cover for one hour to proof. On a floured surface roll out the dough to a 16 inch diameter sauce, cheese and add pepperoni. Cook the pizza in a 400 degree preheated oven for twenty minutes.
