-Nourishing Yogurt and Vitamin E face Mask
- 2 tbsp. full-fat plain yogurt.
- 1 tbsp honey.
- 2tbsp cooked oatmeal.
- 1 Vitamin E capsule.
Place 2 tbsp. of plain yogurt in a small bowl. Te yogurt should be full-fat yogurt, as the fat n the yogurt will hydrate and moisturize your skin.
Stir in 1 tbsp. honey and 2 tbsp, cooked oatmeal and the contents of 1 vitamin E capsule. Remember, cool the oatmeal before adding it to the facial mixture.
Apply this mask on our face. After 15 to 20 minutes, when the face mask dries up, just remove it. Wash your face with warm water and clean your face with a soft towel. Finish by applying your favorite moisturizer.
